SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Items that are not in-stock or require special attention may take longer. We use USPS Priority for most items shipped in the US and First Class International for all orders outside the US.

Posters are always rolled into tubes unless you request they be shipped flat, which will increase your S&H fees. If you would like your item shipped in a different way please specify in the message section of your order and contact us to communicate your needs. Merchandise must ship separately from posters. If you have any questions please inquire prior to your order to avoid any misunderstandings.

If using PayPal: We will use the shipping address on your PayPal order form unless you inform us to use a different address. Be sure to update your account when necessary. If you are sending a check or money order please include your shipping address - clearly written.







ORDER INQUIRY, RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please contact us as soon as possible regarding any problems with your order within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We, the seller, may terminate any sale for any reason if we suspect fraud or dishonesty when buying products from Emek Studios. We do not guarantee an exchange or replacement of items purchased directly from us, unleess we deem your reason as valid. We cannot guarantee any Emek works purchased from other companies or individuals.

Please use the form below to contact us prior to sending your return to EMEK STUDIOS, INC. BOX 2171 FAIRVIEW, OR 97024 and wait for confirmation of your request prior to shipping. We have the right to refuse sales of our products and/or refund any buyer at anytime, for any reason. All buyers are expected to follow our policies. If you cheat, or are dishonest before, during, or after a New Release sale-- we may refuse sales to you indefinately. To complete a request, send us an explanation of why you are requesting a return with a VALID reason only. Claims of articles being shipped with tears, claims of not liking the poster are NOT valid reasons for a refund.

Once a return is approved, please pack the item carefully and include a printout or note with your receipt and order number. Specify if you’d like a refund or replacement (with specified claims report and images provided to USPS carrier) and be sure to include your shipping address so we can better service your request.
