Emek Studios Policies :

  1. When making purchases through our web store, please honor the limit per person for that item and please put ALL items in your cart before checking out. Multiple separate orders placed one after the other within seconds of each other, especially if they are similar items, not only creates extra work for us, it wastes supplies and time; it also resembles the use of a bot which we strongly discourage! *In the past we would combine shipments and refund partial shipping costs as a favor to customers - from now on, if we suspect a bot, we may cancel some or all your orders. If we accept the orders and choose to combine the shipments, we will not refund shipping costs. Some products must ship separately - if we need to separate the order you will not be charged more.

  2. New Release posters sold on a specific day at specified time are pre- packed and cannot be combined with other items, we prefer and recommend placing a second order for merch, mini-prints, stickers, etc.

  3. We will terminate any sale if we suspect fraud or dishonesty and you could be banned from future purchases. (flippers and bots beware)

  4. When sending a Wishlist inquiry please include your shipping address, especially International locations, so we can accurately assess shipping costs. Let us know if you already have a wishlist pending so we can combine the shipping.  If you are sending a check or money order please include the ship to address clearly written and a copy of the final email correspondence.

  5. Please open your order in a timely manner; if there is a problem please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your shipment.

  6. We stand behind our work and will replace items that arrive damaged; however, we do not guarantee an exchange or replacement unless we deem your reason as valid. Email us with photos of the item, the packaging, and the number of the print if applicable. If something is missing or the wrong item was sent please let us know ASAP so we may rectify our mistake.

  7. We are NOT responsible for any Emek works purchased from other companies or individuals.

  8. Posters are typically rolled into tubes unless you request they be shipped flat, this will increase your S&H fees and the time it takes to get your order out. If you would like your item shipped in a different way please let us know and we will do our best. Merch that is not safe to pack with posters will be sent separately.

  9. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Items that are not in-stock or require special attention may take longer. We use USPS Priority for most items shipped in the US and First Class International for all orders outside the US. When placing a Wishlist you can request alternate shipping options.

  10. Due to Covid and changes within USPS, we cannot guarantee the P.O. will deliver on time and we are not in the office everyday so reply times may vary.
